For active-client emergencies, call immediately and press 9.
Wound care & lacerations
Lacerations, punctures, and other wounds are treated in the field. Care may include cleaning and closure, bandaging, and follow-up as the wound heals. Call immediately for an active wound; do not send emergency requests by text or website form.
Eye concerns & colic
Eye concerns, including corneal ulcers, and colic are always treated as emergencies. If your horse is squinting, tearing, or its eye looks cloudy or painful, or your horse shows signs of colic, call immediately. Emergency care is available 24/7 to active EPVP clients only.
